Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING 

We use Royal Mail to ship your orders and it will take between 1 to 2 days for your order to arrive. We do not hold responsibility for the time it takes Royal Mail to deliver your order once it leaves us.

DELIVERY TIMES 

A tracking number will be sent to you upon payment so that you can track the delivery of your goods.

RETURNS 

RETURN POLICY :

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase please E-Mail our UK representative for instructions at joshua@televisistar.com 

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt although it may take a little longer during busy periods.

 Are returns free? 

If you are returning a faulty item due to a production mistake on our part, or simply sent you the wrong size / product there will be no charge on your end for any returns.
